In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world's leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will join our Architecture/Engineering Process Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy. Requirements

  • 10 years of project engineering management experience with packaging, automation, or manufacturing applications
  • Experience in the food, beverage, dairy, or brewery industry (required)
  • Solid machinery application and computer software skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience creating required project documentation
  • A willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions
  • A Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or an equivalent technical degree from an ABET accredited university is required

Nice To Haves

  • High speed beverage application and system integration experience (emphasis in safety systems)
  • Contractor management skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Work with engineers, architects, designers, and other technical professionals to design custom processing systems for food and beverage, life science, personal care, advanced technology industry, and other industrial manufacturing operations
  • Manage all aspects of project execution including proposal development and presentation, resources, budget, forecasting, scheduling, engineering, integration, installation, start-up, and closure
  • Cultivate and maintain solid client relationships
  • Lead the drive to expand the local and regional client base
  • Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team
