About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to coordinate and oversee project schedules, resources, and timelines. This individual will collaborate closely with teams within our Pricing and Analytics organization to ensure timely, scope-compliant, and budget-conscious project delivery. Additionally, the role involves aligning resources and identifying capacity needs to support project success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to easily flex with changing workloads and prioritization.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
  • Experience in the insurance industry and/or with actuaries.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Pricing & Analytics Leadership Team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and Americas wide business priorities.
  • Create Project Management best practices for the pricing team, catering for complexity levels.
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for major pricing projects.
  • Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assist in coordinating and aligning internal resources appropriately.
  • Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues, recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership, summarizing key insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.
  • Support in the coordination of project meetings and documentation.
  • Seek opportunities to create efficiencies and consistencies across teams.
