As a Preconstruction Project Manager, you will work closely with the project management team and field leaders to develop project proposals. Responsible for risk assessment, estimating, preparing and submitting proposals and work scope for approval, determining subcontracted services, equipment, and materials required, conducting cost analysis for labor. Perform estimate to execution handoff. Follow project from implementation to final punch list; help monitor and reconcile expenses, recommend for cost savings, and gather historical data upon project completion.
