  • Support commissioning, testing, and startup of the upgraded ESP system.
  • Maintain project documentation, progress reports, risk logs, and meeting notes; ensure completion of turnover packages, as-built drawings, and commissioning records.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical one-lines, and P&IDs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large industrial construction or outage projects.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with heavy rigging, steel installation, ductwork reconstruction, and industrial safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, critical-path management, and contractor oversight.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in power generation or industrial construction.
  • Prior experience with ESP rebuilds, coal plant outage work, or air-quality control system upgrades strongly preferred.
  • PMP certification a plus
