About The Position
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager in the Power-Hydro Industry to join our team in Kirkland, WA. This role is pivotal in leading and managing various project management initiatives within the hydroelectric sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project life cycle, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion of one or several projects simultaneously. You will manage all aspects of multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with the business's strategic objectives while adhering to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. In this position, you will provide leadership to the project team, motivating team members to meet project goals and responsibilities. You will set and manage project expectations, delegate tasks, and oversee deliverables with team members and stakeholders. Your role will also involve developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders. You will work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Additionally, you will prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of projects, manage day-to-day activities and resources, and chair project management meetings. You will provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring effective communication across leadership. Understanding the interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs will be crucial in this role. You will monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables while coaching, mentoring, and supervising project and program teams. Supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment is also a key aspect of this position, along with researching best practices to establish benchmark data and achieve continuous improvement.
