  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation project across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Ensure project deliverables and requirements are met, while delivering expected business value.
  • Manage project scope, change control, and issue resolution processes.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, according to department project management methodology.
  • Develop, manage, and track project plans and completion activities; lead project meetings, provide status reporting, execute project communication plans, proactively manage issues, manage cross-functional team to successful deliver project objectives.
  • Projects successfully achieve the benefits and business case expected and complete on-time and on-budget and to defined success criteria.
  • Apply and continuously improve project management methodologies, including tollgate reviews, risk management, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards and templates for documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Establish and manage project KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor progress and performance.
  • Support PMO operations including demand management, resource planning, and portfolio reporting.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, external vendors, and system integrators to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and change management specialists.
  • Drive organizational change management efforts to support adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
  • 7–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years leading ERP implementations.
  • Proven experience managing full lifecycle SAP or Oracle ERP projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and other PM tools.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Certification from an accredited institution in Project Management required (e.g., PMI Certified).
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and legacy system decommissioning.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and drive accountability.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Financial management skills including budgeting and ROI analysis.
  • Working understanding of general business operations including sales, finance, operations, and purchasing.
