About The Position

The Project Manager (PM) for Quality Assurance & Safety at Cheshire Medical Center is responsible for managing work on assigned projects using the principles of project management and modern improvement methodology. This role involves exposing directors, managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to project management principles and tools, fostering and supporting change within the organization. The PM will partner with Project Leaders to manage project work of CMC/DHK through the application of project management principles and modern improvement methodology as taught by the DH Value Institute, among others. The PM will also collaborate with the project sponsor, project leader, and project team members to define and document the project charter.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years of project management or project support experience.
• D-H Yellowbelt certification or equivalent preferred, with a requirement to obtain certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities
