A project position focusing on process improvements and process development in accordance with the BOS within the Planning organization. Where improvements impact deliverables or customer processes, the person will be required to coordinate and facilitate the smooth execution of the changes across the Trade Planning organization. Key Responsibilities: This position will be a lead point of contact to resolve departmental process gaps, execute and review root cause analysis to identify process issues, resolve complex process problems / inconsistencies, and develop and implement department policy. The position will lead strategic and tactical approaches to ensure optimal process efficiencies are in place to produce quality work while meeting schedule commitments. Support the Trade Planning Team’s quality assurance program by working independently and as part of the team to remove obstacles that are preventing the organization from meeting quality goals. Develop Dashboards, weekly reporting, monitor action items, and support the organization to ensure procedure compliance and quality goals are met. Safety Leadership: Provide a plan for Operations to execute in a safe manner. Project Execution: Develop and maintain Dashboards and metrics for Trade Planning in support of the BOS. Run Data queries in support of PBOM. Training and Development: Set up training classes and maintain training records for Packaging
