About The Position
As an Operations Project Senior Advisor for the Pharmacy Advancement Operating Effectiveness team, you will be responsible for providing program and project management over a portfolio of Evernorth Pharmacy Operations initiatives. These projects support key initiatives that typically include significant work process productivity improvements, operational expense savings, increased margin, change management, and technology changes. You will partner with business leadership across the Accredo/HD Front-end, Contact Center, Fulfillment, Sales and Technology to provide support for annual portfolio planning, project initiation, and execution that ensures value realization from original concept through final implementation. You will establish a project team, set the project schedule, estimate project resource plans, and maintain status reports for all business resources and end users. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a combined pharmacy organization as well as have a direct impact on patients.
