About The Position

Williams Consulting, LLC (WCLLC) is seeking an experienced part-time Project Manager to join our growing team supporting our Catonsville, MD office. This is a virtual position. The core business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm. Williams Consulting, LLC is an 8a, HUBZone located, and Woman-owned Small Business with Federal, State, Local and Commercial clients. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Five (5) years of managing complex operational tasks.
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, prioritization, and quality of work.
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and work on a variety of projects with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• Works well independently and has strong operational skills.
• Excels at customer service and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Develops strong relationships with project teams and has strong leadership skills.
• Communicates effectively and has strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project implementation.
• Management responsibilities for updating and maintaining tracking reports.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates assigned resources where applicable.
• Manage status reporting.
• Management responsibility for all deliverables.
• Oversee and manage the services assigned.
