The Role This is a hands-on Project Manager role for someone who takes ownership and leads from the front. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish - working closely with crews, customers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track, meet expectations, and are executed at a high level. This role requires a strong field presence. You won’t just manage from a desk, you’ll be onsite, solving problems, supporting crews, and making real-time decisions that keep projects moving.

Requirements

  • Construction related experience (roofing, siding, windows, decks, landscaping a huge plus!)
  • Strong leadership and ownership mindset
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently
  • Problem-solving under pressure
  • Comfort being in the field regularly
  • High accountability - you own the outcome
  • Clear, direct communication
  • Organized and adaptable (every day looks different)
  • Ability to balance field and office responsibilities
  • You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to take ownership, move fast, and care about doing things right.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project execution
  • Coordinate schedules between customers and crews
  • Conduct onsite visits and job check-ins
  • Set clear expectations and hold crews accountable
  • Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving
  • Communicate proactively with customers
  • Support sales in hitting revenue and margin targets
  • Ensure clean handoffs and a strong customer experience
  • Continuously improve systems and processes
