The Role This is a hands-on Project Manager role for someone who takes ownership and leads from the front. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish - working closely with crews, customers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track, meet expectations, and are executed at a high level. This role requires a strong field presence. You won’t just manage from a desk, you’ll be onsite, solving problems, supporting crews, and making real-time decisions that keep projects moving.

Requirements

Construction related experience (roofing, siding, windows, decks, landscaping a huge plus!)
Strong leadership and ownership mindset
Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently
Problem-solving under pressure
Comfort being in the field regularly
High accountability - you own the outcome
Clear, direct communication
Organized and adaptable (every day looks different)
Ability to balance field and office responsibilities
