  • Coordinate all phases and activities vital to implement various ERP initiatives: system requirements definition, process and/or workflow redesign, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Implement coordination with operations and other EIS departments, as well as transition to support functions.
  • Work closely with operational and IT stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Craft and lead all aspects of detailed project budgets and timelines, progress updates, project slide decks, and blocking issues.
  • Provide project management expertise for an entire project life cycle.
  • Ensure contract compliance, risk analysis, project scope, implementation management, and support transition.
  • Coordinate communication between all project team members and operational partners.
  • Ensure vendor responsiveness and compliance with the terms of the contract.
  • Coordinate initial user training/transition to an ongoing user support group.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with operational partners, taking ownership of issue resolution and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Improve resource planning, risk management, and critical metric tracking to ensure successful ERP adoption.
  • Forecast resource requirements, ensuring appropriate assignment of resources to each project/support phase.
  • Lead and manage projects within established time and budget parameters.
  • Deliver informative and timely status reports using department reporting procedures for both internal EIS and external operational customers.
  • Keep abreast of current trends and developments in Oracle Cloud and ERP through participation with vendor user groups, attend conferences, vendor demonstrations, and interacting with other vendor customers.
  • Maintain a solid grasp of system development and project management methodologies.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading IT projects, ideally ERP-related, within a healthcare or similarly complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Payroll modules (preferred).
  • Experience with UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling or similar systems (preferred).
  • Background in healthcare IT project management is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Management, Business or related field required.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
  • Competitive salary range of $94,390.40 - $151,028.80.
