Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Business Analytics (or a proven track record of learning ability)
  • Experience supporting C level or senior leadership
  • Strong financial understanding with the ability to build and analyze business cases and ROI models

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and manage complex cross functional projects identified by the COO, ensuring timely completion with clearly defined outcomes
  • Maintain a centralized project tracker with weekly updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership
  • Identify potential risks such as vendor delays or equipment maintenance issues and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate change management activities for new processes, technology implementations, or operational transitions
  • Serve as the central point of communication between operations, finance, IT, and external partners
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across operational areas
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements, translating COO directives into clear functional specifications
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure initiative performance and support executive decision making
  • Support new system implementations and ensure solutions align with operational needs
  • Assist the COO during onboarding periods through rapid data gathering, analysis, and organizational assessment
