The Project Manager serves as a driver for change and has responsibility for leading and overseeing quality and/or service improvement initiatives from initiation to close, within the Operations division.
Responsibilities
- Developing implementation plans for assigned moderate to highly complex improvement projects - working with stakeholders to ensure alignment of the desired scope and results by creating a process to bring it to fruition.
- Delegation and monitoring of progress of tasks assigned to project resources for multiple concurrent projects.
- Use of applicable computerized systems (i.e. Tableau dashboards) to monitor progress and performance metrics.
- Assist the organization with enhancing our accountability.
- Monitor assigned projects to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ownership of maintaining communication with project teams, leaders and other stakeholders including communicating project status, progress and challenges.
