About The Position
Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Remote, Project Manager- Operations. This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Please see qualifications below and submit your resume if you are interested in being considered:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in program or project operations, preferably within a federally funded health program environment
- Experience with deliverable tracking systems, compliance matrices, and federal reporting (e.g., progress reports, performance metrics)
- Familiarity with contract administration and subcontractor coordination
- Proficiency with project management tools and implementation dashboards (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across multi-year performance periods
- Experience supporting readiness assessments or startup planning for federal programs preferred
