We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager of Supply Chain Partner Operations to lead partner onboarding, strengthen day-to-day operational procedures, and support global expansion initiatives. In this role, you’ll manage complex cross-functional projects that bring new partners online, refine how we work with them, and enhance the systems and procedures that power our operations. You’ll collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Product/Engineering, Finance, and Legal—ensuring partners are set up for success and that internal teams stay aligned from planning through execution. You’ll be at the center of how we work with our global partners, shaping the operational procedures that enable long-term scale and continuous improvement. This role offers meaningful exposure to global operations, systems enhancements, and new partner programs, along with genuine ownership and autonomy to drive high-quality outcomes across the business. Requirements

  • 5–10 years in operations, project management, partner operations, supply chain operations, or program management.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-team, multi-stream projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Strong ability to build, document, and maintain operational procedures and SOPs.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including with Finance and Legal teams.
  • Comfortability aligning system updates and requirements with Product/Engineering.
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive—skilled at bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous problems.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Partner Onboarding & Launches
  • Run the full onboarding lifecycle for new partners — requirements, SOW coordination, planning, launch, and stabilization.
  • Build detailed project plans, manage timelines, and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop partner-facing documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
  • Deliver onboarding and training sessions to partners and internal teams.
  • Define and refine operational procedures, including partner workflows used in day-to-day execution.
  • Support updates to operational systems and tools (e.g., Retool apps, partner integrations) by gathering requirements, coordinating testing, and managing rollout.
  • Support Global Expansion & Vendor Programs
  • Manage operational workstreams for new market launches, partner expansions, and new program introductions (e.g., ITAD, category expansions, reverse logistics workflows).
  • Coordinate RFQ/RFP timelines, vendor onboarding activities, and cross-functional input.
  • Maintain readiness checklists, risk logs, and centralized project documentation and ensure alignment across internal and external teams
  • Drive Project Management Excellence
  • Own project communications, meeting cadences, status updates, and dashboards.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies; recommend improved or standardized procedures, and lead adoption across teams.
  • Develop templates, playbooks, and repeatable procedures that enhance operational consistency.
