Moorings Park is looking for a Project Manager. The Renovation and Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential apartment renovations and a variety of corporate and campus-based construction initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and inspection protocols. The Project Manager will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include direct coordination with residents, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and documentation of project progress. This position will report to the Director of Renovation and Construction.

  • Collaborates with residents and partners to define project goals, design requirements, and functional needs for the renovated unit
  • Partners with architects, engineers, and design professionals to develop comprehensive project plans, construction cost budget, and timeline
  • Leads and manages the residents through finish material selection and design upgrade options that align with project scope and budget
  • Coordinates campus projects in collaboration with the Renovation and Construction Director and VP of Strategic Development
  • Develops and presents accurate project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates
  • Oversees installation of materials and design elements, ensuring adherence to specifications
  • Conducts final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Stays current with industry trends, materials, and best practices in senior living construction
  • Leads and manages contractors and vendors with professionalism and clear direction
  • Utilizes project management software to track progress, manages selections, and documents milestones
  • Demonstrates initiative and commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
  • Ensures compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and internal safety protocols, including the Moorings Park Contractor Safety Manual.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required
  • During emergencies or natural disasters may be required to be on duty for the duration of the disaster.
  • Minimum of 3 years project management and/or interior design selection experience required
  • A current Florida driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of insurance and reliable transportation are required - Must be able to drive to and from multiple campuses located in Naples and surrounding areas for site meetings.
  • Knowledge of Florida Building Code and AHCA standards
  • Knowledge to work well with many different construction trades
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints quickly and accurately, and to compare them with construction in process
