About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager – New Construction in United States. This role leads large-scale new construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communications. You will manage multiple teams, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills are essential for navigating complex construction projects. This position offers hands-on field experience and direct involvement in high-profile developments, contributing to the growth and success of the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing ground-up, large-scale hi-rise residential projects; experience in office, government, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or multi-family projects is a plus.
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $50M to $80M+.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Strong skills in coordination, shop drawing review, subcontractor management, budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Prolog, Primavera P6, Textura, Bluebeam, and AS-400 (JD Edwards).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including climbing stairs/ladders, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and navigating active construction sites.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from estimating and procurement through turnover and close-out.
  • Maintain project financials, monitor forecasts, and protect company interests while fostering client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain CPM schedules to ensure on-time project completion.
  • Scope, negotiate, and draft subcontract agreements; manage invoicing, payments, and risk mitigation documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day project requirements, including procurement, submittals, RFIs, PCO tracking, and close-out activities.
  • Advise senior management on project progress, schedule impacts, and financial considerations.
