These roles are part of a fast paced, growth oriented organization and are ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, a sense of ownership, and a desire to build long term client partnerships. Project management team members work closely with engineering and solution leadership to deliver high quality outcomes while helping shape the future of a growing Networks & Communications organization.The TeamOur team plans, designs, and delivers network solutions for electric utilities to enable reliable, secure, and resilient operations. We work with utility clients to execute end-to-end private network deployments to support grid modernization, improving asset and device communication, cybersecurity, and critical infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of industry experience including private network deployments for utilities with a focus on LTE/5G Wireless, LTE/5G Core, Backhaul/Transport, Fiber Integration, Network and Cybersecurity
  • 5+ years experience of Project Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution for private network deployments (LTE/5G Wireless, LTE/5G Core, Backhaul/Transport, Fiber Integration, Network and Cybersecurity)
  • Work closely with engineering teams, client IT/OT teams, and internal stakeholders to meet project commitments
  • Track schedules, deliverables, and action items, proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through
  • Operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment where processes and structures continue to evolve
  • Own delivery of assigned projects, portfolios, or programs with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, building strong, long‑term partnerships
  • Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams including engineering, Project Coordinators, and Associate Project Managers
  • Provide leadership across multiple projects or workstreams, including potential mentoring and oversight of other project managers
  • Partner closely with engineering and solution leadership on resource planning, delivery strategy, and execution
  • Support proposal efforts, planning activities, and strategic client engagements as appropriate for experience level
  • Operate as a hands‑on leader in a fast-paced, growth environment supporting both services‑based and large‑scale EPC or program work
