About The Position
The Project Manager for Multifamily Preservation Finance Programs will oversee various affordable housing preservation initiatives within the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD). This role involves managing capitally funded projects, analyzing and executing preservation projects, and ensuring the financial and physical viability of multifamily housing. The position requires collaboration with external partners and internal teams to facilitate project closings and monitor construction progress.
