In this role, you'll manage high-volume restoration jobs—often responding to disasters like water, fire, and mold damage—and help people recover from unexpected events. It involves responding quickly to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, storms, or other disasters to prevent further loss and stabilize the situation. Mitigation work is fast-paced, high volume, and requires quick decision-making, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
