About The Position

When a home or business suffers water, fire, mold, or storm damage, mitigation is the urgent first step—stopping further loss, stabilizing the building, and setting the stage for full repairs. That’s where you come in. Paul Davis Restoration is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager —a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, communicates confidently with customers, and knows how to keep projects, people, and priorities aligned. Restoration experience is a plus… but not required. If you come from construction, facilities, emergency response, field operations, or trade leadership—and love being in the action—we want to talk. Mitigation is the emergency response phase after property damage: Drying water-damaged structures Stabilizing fire-affected buildings Preventing mold growth Coordinating cleanup and safety measures Preparing sites for reconstruction Projects move quickly—often completed in just a few days—and no two days look the same. As a Mitigation Project Manager, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for customers while leading crews and subcontractors in the field.
