About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager – Mission Critical to lead and deliver complex, fast-paced mission-critical concrete construction projects. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in high-impact environments, enjoys collaboration, and takes ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. If you’re organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality results, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of mission-critical projects. You’ll work closely with Project Executives, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably mission-critical
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with field and executive teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA Certification
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Tekla

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee mission-critical construction projects from start to finish
  • Lead project teams and coordinate daily activities with field operations
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Manage contractual requirements, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document control
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
  • Monitor job cost reports, labor production, and project financial performance
  • Identify risks early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track
  • Conduct regular project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies
  • Support client communication and maintain strong working relationships
  • Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and final deliverables
  • Travel or relocate as needed to support on-site mission-critical projects
