BDO Digital is looking for a Project Manager, Dynamics 365 F&O / AX to join our growing team, with the ability to work from anywhere in Canada. This is a net new hire and the individual will own the following responsibilities: Provide project management leadership for full implementation, upgrade or major enhancement projects Ensure that BDO project governance framework is applied to projects and that governance documentation is maintained, published and stored according to BDO Quality Audit standards Ensure that the BDO Project Team follows BDO Implementation Methodology and is producing deliverables to standards and on schedule Review Key Deliverables to assure scope and budget remain aligned as well as the contractual terms and scope of assigned projects Provide input to BDO PMO for ongoing refinement of BDO Project Governance, Implementation Methodology, contracts and templates; mentors colleagues and provides guidance and support Act as a client advocate throughout engagements and participates in training of client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including strong experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations /AX and/or D365 CE/CRM projects (required)
  • Comprehensive project management experience including the management of budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes and quality
  • Experience with DevOps and MS Project.
  • Coaching and/or mentoring experience
  • Exceptional presentation skills for internal/external purposes
  • Ability to listen and effectively communicate orally and in writing with clients and colleagues

Responsibilities
