Job Summary: The NCOB Lead is responsible for the end-to-end project management of concurrent new customer onboardings, of varying size and complexity, for multi-unit contract customers. This position will operate as the primary point of contact for new-to-Sysco and new-to-Market customers and is accountable to meeting time, cost, & quality customer requirements. In addition, the NCOB Lead will operate as an informal leader coordinating the work across multiple Sysco functions to meet customer requirements. As an informal leader, the NCOB Lead must foster a collaborate and productive environment, in a matrix structure, while ensuring each colleague is meeting time, cost, and quality expectations. The NCOB will be operate as the internal point of contact for each onboarding across the different levels of leadership within Sysco. In order to meet these requirements, the NCOB Lead will execute the different project management knowledge areas; specifically Scope Management, Time Management, Stakeholder Management, Resource Management, Quality Management, Communications Management, and Risk Management
