About The Position

Project Manager, Medical Safety The Project Manager of Medical Safety supports the Medical Safety program by coordinating strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals. This role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive execution, manage risks, and provide updates that turn strategy into measurable outcomes. Your role: Project Management: Lead key Medical Safety workstreams, develop project charters, operational plans, and risk management strategies. Oversee scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with enterprise and business unit teams to align strategic priorities in a hybrid organizational model. Facilitate meetings and engage stakeholders, including regulatory and quality teams, to ensure compliance with industry standards. Change Management & Execution: Drive stakeholder mapping, engagement, and communication to support change initiatives. Coordinate pilot programs, phased rollouts, and evaluations for continuous improvement across the organization. Performance Measurement & Reporting: Monitor project progress using key metrics and KPIs. Prepare reports and dashboards to inform leadership and support decision-making. Strategic Initiative Support: Support the execution of Medical Safety education, training, and maturity assessments across business units. Ensure all initiatives align with organizational and regulatory goals. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in areas such as Program Management, Project Development, Business Strategy, or equivalent within a MedTech or healthcare setting. You have a proven track record of planning and managing complex programs and driving projects with cross-functional teams to achieve intended outcomes. Your skills include Demonstrated experience and understanding working within Medical Safety topic, risk management and driving quality improvement initiatives; strong knowledge of safety standards and clinical workflows; proficiency in project tools (MS, Power BI, other PM tools used in Philips). You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare or business administration, Project Management or equivalent. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $121,000 to $193,000. The pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $127,000 to $202,000. The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $136,000 to $216,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
