About The Position

The Project Manager will oversee the implementation and management of billing services for the Iowa Veterans Home, a facility dedicated to supporting veterans. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare project management, with expertise in government billing (Medicare, Medicaid, VA).
• A thorough understanding of medical billing processes and government compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and overcome challenges effectively.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive project strategies to integrate billing services for the Iowa Veterans Home.
• Manage billing operations, refine processes, and ensure compliance with government standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 medical billers/coders, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Partner with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to address challenges and streamline workflows.
• Track progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and meet all deliverables within scope, on time, and on budget.
