Our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the industry. We are seeking a Project Manager for a full-time on-site role. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, ensure adherence to project specifications, and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects. In this position you will have direct involvement in overseeing customers' jobs for commercial aircrafts, national defense applications, rockets, and many more everyday items. Responsibilities include managing logistics, inspections, and expediting processes, as well as communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide status updates and address any issues. US Citizenship is required for this role.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship required
  • Experience in Project Management and Expediting
  • Skills in Logistics Management and Inspection processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using project management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments
  • Ability to stand, sit, or move around for prolonged periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the testing industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers throughout the process of the projects
  • Quotes testing needs based off customer specifications
  • Works with all levels of the organization to ensure timeliness for the customer
  • Views logins and layouts of materials
  • Reports results to customers in a timely manner
  • Answers technical questions customers have
  • Verifies and approves testing data before releasing to the customer
