About The Position

As a Technical Project Lead at ASML, you'll help shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing. You'll lead strategic improvement projects that directly impact our factories in San Diego and Korea, driving innovation in quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Your work will support ASML's mission to unlock the potential of advanced lithography systems and enable groundbreaking technology for our global customers. As a Technical Project Lead, you'll manage cross-functional projects that improve manufacturing operations outside of our product development process. You'll work with teams across departments to deliver results that support ASML's long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, or a master's degree with minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience managing technical projects in manufacturing or capital equipment industries.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience working across departments and geographies.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with confidence and clarity.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Think strategically while staying hands-on and detail-oriented.
  • Solve problems proactively and adapt quickly to change.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and cultures.
  • Stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive results with a bias for action and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic goals into executable project plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication across departments.
  • Identify risks early and develop alternative solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Facilitate governance meetings to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Manage dependencies between workstreams and ensure smooth execution.
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence across sites.
