We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager based in Chicago to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all aspects of the project lifecycle are managed effectively. Key responsibilities include project planning and coordination of internal and external resources, as well as managing associated documentation. The Project Manager will ensure that site migrations are delivered on time and within budget through careful and detailed work stream management. Creating project schedules and chairing customer meetings will be essential, as will owning and managing communication and governance with stakeholders. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers at an operational level is crucial to influence customer behavior and ensure project deadlines are achieved. The Project Manager will also be responsible for meeting customer expectations, particularly in terms of quality and timelines, in line with departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines. Additionally, the role involves developing daily and weekly status reports and creating documentation for reporting purposes.
