Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar experience
- 5+ years in IT project management, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS
- Proven experience managing enterprise customers and external service providers
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Solid understanding of e-commerce architectures, APIs, and MACH principles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with complex platform migrations or replatforming projects and project management certifications is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and steer complex replatforming projects independently
- Manage System Integrators and external partners to meet SCAYLE standards
- Ensure smooth connectivity and operation of customer environments post-go-live
- Own project lifecycle from planning to rollout, including budget and resource management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
- Maintain transparent communication, progress tracking, and documentation throughout projects
- Apply agile methods to drive timely decisions and efficient execution
