About The Position

Our Project Manager, Long Haul Capital Management is a key member of the Long Haul OSP Deployment organization. This role is responsible for program-level capital oversight, including forecasting, budgeting, financial tracking, variance analysis, materials capital planning, month end reconciliation, and executive-level reporting. The Project Manager ensures that capital deployment aligns with corporate financial goals, maintains strong financial controls, and provides visibility into capital performance across the long-haul program. NOTE: The team preference is that this role sits at the Denver/Wynkoop Office Location (in-office several days per week). The Team may consider a Remote location.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of capital management experience, ideally within telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure deployment.
Strong understanding of OSP project cost structures, capital lifecycle, materials cost modeling, and construction financials.
Advanced proficiency with Excel; ability to build and interpret financial models, pivot tables, and multi-variable forecasts.
Experience producing month-end financial reporting for senior leadership.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with NTIA or similar program requirements (Davis Bacon, BABA, EA) as a plus.
Experience with Sitetracker, Oracle or other project/financial management platforms is a plus.
