About The Position

We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This role is all about driving execution , bridging gaps , and keeping projects on track from kickoff to completion.

Requirements

• Tactical, detail-oriented, and adaptable, comfortable getting your hands dirty.
• Strong communicator who can balance structure with flexibility.
• Organized and proactive, with a knack for spotting risks before they become issues.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management preferred; regulated environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans (SmartSheets), timelines, and deliverables.
• Work directly with clients to understand the vision and guide them through the project journey.
• Identify risks early, read between the lines, and proactively escalate or resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively across teams; listening, influencing, and driving action.
• Manage customer-related projects in GMP or construction management environments.
• Provide project reporting, tracking, and updates with a focus on results and accountability.
