About The Position

The Strategy & Transformation Value Stream Analyst supports the execution of key operational excellence and transformation initiatives across the Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) line of business. This role assists in implementing the Aero Operating Model (AOM), enabling consistent program performance, and driving continuous improvement activities. The analyst works closely with program teams, functional partners, and senior members of the Strategy & Transformation organization to ensure disciplined processes, accurate reporting, and effective use of enterprise tools. This position is well‑suited for a motivated early‑career professional who enjoys structured problem solving, process discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher; or equivalent combination of experience/education.
Foundational understanding of project management or process improvement concepts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience or Equivalent professional work will be evaluated in lieu of bachelors degree
Experience in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated industry.
Familiarity with the Aero Operating Model (AOM) or similar frameworks.
Exposure to project management tools such as COSMOS, Jira, or MS Project.
Experience supporting cross‑functional meetings or workshops.
Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles.
Ability to analyze data and prepare clear, concise summaries or presentations.
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
