  • Serve as a subject matter expert for project management tools and key legal technology platforms.
  • Leverage generative AI platforms and proprietary, in-house AI agents.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement through process mapping and reengineering techniques.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, business development, consulting, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
  • Interest in working with an in-house legal team or legal-adjacent stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities asynchronously.
  • Ability to travel 1 – 3 times per year.
  • Proficiency with project management software, such as Airtable, Jira, Asana, Notion, or similar.
  • Experience using common tech software, such as Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Miro, Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.).
  • Aptitude for quickly learning new tech platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and some experience or interest in people management.
  • 4-year degree (BS, BA) from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
  • Grasp of basic project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum) or PMP, CSM or equivalent project management certification.
  • Familiarity with legal ops software (Ironclad, Legal Tracker, Conga, Harvey.AI, GC.AI, IVO).
  • Health and financial benefits.
  • Time away and everyday wellness.
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
