About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Legal & Compliance to lead and manage the FY27 strategic roadmap for Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) and Healthcare Provider Engagement (HCPE) initiatives on the Onit platform. This role will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing transformation initiatives that support enterprise legal operations modernization and healthcare compliance engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong governance, roadmap planning, and enterprise stakeholder management experience within legal, compliance, or regulated environments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Experience working with Legal, Compliance, or regulated business functions
- Experience managing enterprise platform implementations or enhancements
- Strong roadmap planning and strategic initiative management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Onit (Enterprise Legal Management platform)
- Background in healthcare or regulated industries
- PMP certification
- Experience managing transformation or modernization programs
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership
- Establish and manage the FY27 roadmap for Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) and Healthcare Provider Engagement (HCPE)
- Define and prioritize strategic initiatives within the Onit platform
- Align program objectives with enterprise legal and compliance transformation goals
- Program & Project Execution
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning through implementation
- Develop project charters, detailed work plans, timelines, and resource plans
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
- Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate governance forums and steering committee updates
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed
- Compliance & Platform Optimization
- Ensure initiatives align with corporate governance and regulatory standards
- Drive optimization and adoption of the Onit ELM platform
- Support change management and user engagement strategies
