About The Position

The Project Manager with 6 or more years of experience performs advanced levels of project manager work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Familiar working with Agile framework and project management skills. This individual will work with a wide range of team members, including senior leadership throughout the agency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product and project leading experience on projects with multiple stakeholders and integrations
• 6+ years of managing projects with enterprise content management solutions
• 6 years with direct project management experience
• 6 years experience working with state budget and expense tracking

Nice To Haves

• Existing familiarity with TEA’s standard practices and procedures for leading projects
• Prefer 3+ years of experience with TEA or other state agency
• Experience with managing and leading projects on Alfresco, including maintaining and implementing enhancements
• 3 years of Agile/Scrum participation
• 3 years of familiarity with Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging
