This position involves working in a dynamic team environment on a range of projects including private and public development, multifamily, mixed-use, and community planning throughout the region for a wide variety of clients. Project experience will be diverse as we provide services to both public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, creating a vision for their practice while facilitating growth within each market. This role includes shaping your practice and leading business development efforts with local developers, public agencies, and industry contacts while building and managing relationships with these key clients. Markets are not limited by geography but driven by relationships. The candidate will operate with integrity and sound business principles, providing practice vision, business planning, and strategy. They will serve clients directly and deliver for clients, building and maintaining positive client relationships, and having open communication with partners and team members with the overall goal to grow the practice.
