We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Laboratory to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Manager, Laboratory at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

  • Work with Critical Reagent Management Lead and scientific point leads from each therapeutic area and supporting stakeholders to help outsource the production, tracking, storage, and re-supply of critical reagents.
  • Manage reagent inventory and storage logistics, maintaining accurate tracking and traceability.
  • Contribute to process optimization efforts to improve efficiency and reduce timelines.
  • Support reagent request intake and setup, ensuring timely engagement with project teams.
  • Help initiate reagent requests with preferred CROs.
  • Support Research DDUs and Platform Groups with the contract management such as MSAs and POs for critical reagent generation in collaboration with External Business Management as applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of reagent lifecycle, including sourcing, delivery, and usage.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders and CROs to ensure task completion and resolve issues.
  • 3+ years experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
  • Critical reagent experience desired.
  • Proven track record of accomplishing tasks from initiation through close out, including proactive follow-up with stakeholders to ensure completion.
  • Knowledge and comfortable with information technology applications including but not limited to Ariba, Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Smartsheet, SharePoint, PowerApps desired but not required.
