As Project Manager IV, you will drive real estate transactions and projects from inception to completion for complex and high-profile portfolios while assembling and managing transaction teams comprised of internal and external resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Five years of project management experience in an assigned area, including implementing and supporting a major IT system in a clinical or system analyst capacity and involving complex financial system applications.
  • Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion.
  • Effective relationship building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree. This may substitute one year of required experience.
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP).

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of and provide a single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Lead/manage multiple medium- to large-size projects, leveraging advanced project management tools to deliver results.
  • Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Prepare and complete action plans.
  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Complete audits and identify trends.
  • Determine system improvements and implement changes.
  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior Director to communicate regularly with other departments involved in real estate transactions and planning.
  • Provide single point of contact for projects and attend selected internal and external client meetings.
  • Drive transactions as project manager for acquisitions, dispositions, and leases from project intake through deal execution and closure.
  • Collaborate and partner with professionals from Buildings + Design and other enterprise-wide departments on real estate projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate due diligence initiatives with internal and external partners.
  • Prepare financial analysis (e.g., NPV, DCF, IRR, etc.), market research and analysis, presentations, and property valuations for real estate projects.
  • Negotiate leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and purchase agreements.
