About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale initiatives across multiple IT Infrastructure teams. This role will focus on managing a major enterprise user migration project , requiring close collaboration with technical and security stakeholders across the organization. The Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination , synchronizing multiple workstreams, mapping the full project lifecycle, and providing clear, consistent communication and status reporting to leadership.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proven experience coordinating technical teams across multiple IT domains
- Demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure projects with interdependencies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab, or similar)
- Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure components: Networking Servers Cloud services
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience supporting change management processes in enterprise environments

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Project Manager for a complex user migration initiative
- Coordinate cross-functional IT infrastructure teams, including: Windows server and desktop support File storage and data services Access management and credentialing End-user device support
- Develop and maintain a centralized project management framework
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths
- Facilitate regular stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
- Manage release cycles and deployment calendars across infrastructure environments
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and project blockers
- Establish and maintain standardized communication channels across teams
- Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports
- Provide regular project updates and executive-level communications
