About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and curious Project Manager Intern to support our Product team. This internship is designed for someone who wants to learn the basics of project management while helping with real projects and gaining hands‑on experience. You will assist with organizing tasks, supporting product meetings, helping maintain documents, and preparing reports. This is a great role for someone interested in learning how product teams work and how projects come together in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in financial technology, digital products, and market strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and synthesize insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Help organize project tasks and keep track of deadlines.
  • Assist in updating project schedules, spreadsheets, and basic status notes.
  • Support team members by gathering information and documenting simple project details.
  • Learn how project workflows and processes operate within a product team.
  • Help schedule project meetings and send calendar invites.
  • Prepare basic agendas for meetings with guidance from mentors.
  • Take notes during meetings and share action items with the team.
  • Keep shared folders and project documentation organized.
  • Assist in preparing simple project updates and summaries for managers.
  • Help collect data from different systems or teams as needed.
  • Support creation of basic PowerPoint slides or visual updates.
  • Learn how teams monitor project progress and communicate results.
  • Help with day‑to‑day tasks that keep projects and team operations running smoothly.
  • Participate in learning opportunities such as training, shadowing meetings, or attending team workshops
  • Support business analysts in drafting JIRA stories for development teams.
  • Support other administrative or operational activities as assigned.
