About The Position

The Insider Threat Project Manager will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive governance model for insider risk management. This role is crucial in mitigating insider risks such as fraud, PII data leakage, and ethical violations through effective business processes and operating frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insider threat management, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insider threat detection and response strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing governance models.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee governance frameworks for detecting and reacting to insider threats within the organization.
• Identify, assess, and manage insider risks, including fraud, PII data leakage, and ethical violations.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to insider threat management.
• Design and implement processes for detecting and responding to insider threats, ensuring timely and effective mitigation.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on recognizing and reporting insider threats.
• Establish and maintain policies and procedures related to insider threat management.
• Lead or assist in investigations of insider threat incidents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of the insider threat program, including metrics and incident trends.
