About The Position
The Innovation Project Manager at Grabber Construction Products plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of construction by leading the development, testing, and launch of new product innovations (NPI). In this role, the Project Manager will work closely with various internal teams, including Supply Chain, Product Management, and Marketing, to effectively launch industry-changing products and systems. The Project Manager will also oversee project management tasks, ensuring that resources, budgets, and progress align with the project plan, adapting as necessary to meet deadlines. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as the Project Manager will need to engage with internal stakeholders and project team members to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for project risk management, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans.
