About The Position

The position involves managing and rolling out global logistics continuous improvement, standardization, and implementation of SAP-ERP projects within various modules including MM, WM, SD, PP, and PM, with a requirement to cover at least two SAP modules. The role includes managing the transfer of logistics requirements in specifications, coordinating and implementing these requirements as the interface between Business and IT. Additionally, the position requires managing 'END TO END' processes, including training and defining KPIs to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement. The candidate will implement and follow the Logistics ERP Strategy in collaboration with the OneERP Team, assure qualification and know-how transfer, and identify improvement potentials through Plant Process Reviews and user training. The role also involves supporting and coordinating interface projects with other departments such as Sales, SCM, and IT, testing and approving logistics changes in SAP or other ERP applications, and continuously improving process documentation while supporting Logistics Management.

Requirements

• University degree with focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
• Min. 5 years of experience in same or similar positions in the automotive industry.
• Project & Process Management leading complex logistics projects and international teams in the automotive industry.
• Expert for developing, improving as well as consulting and customizing experience of logistics SAP (ECC-System) processes in the modules MM, WM, SD, PP, PM.
• Analytical thinking, eager to improve, able to organize and prioritize work / organization, leadership, contact and communications skills, customer oriented behavior, data preparation and analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support in and coordinate/lead interface projects with other departments e.g. Sales, SCM, IT.
• Test and approve logistics changes in SAP/other ERP/applications if necessary.
• Improve continuously the process documentation.
• Support of Logistics Management.
