About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! The position involves managing and rolling out global logistics continuous improvement, standardization, and implementation of SAP-ERP projects within various modules including MM, WM, SD, PP, and PM, with a requirement to cover at least two SAP modules. The role includes managing the transfer of logistics requirements in specification, coordinating and implementing logistics processes as the interface between Business and IT. Responsibilities also include managing 'END TO END' PROCESSES, including training and defining KPIs to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement. The candidate will implement and follow the Logistics ERP Strategy with the OneERP Team, assure qualification, know-how transfer, and identify improvement potentials within Plant Process Reviews and plant user trainings. Additionally, the role involves supporting and coordinating interface projects with other departments such as Sales, SCM, and IT, testing and approving logistics changes in SAP or other ERP applications as necessary, and continuously improving process documentation. Support of Logistics Management is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

  • University degree with focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions in the automotive industry.
  • Project & Process Management experience leading complex logistics projects and international teams in the automotive industry.
  • Expertise in developing, improving, and consulting on logistics SAP (ECC-System) processes in the modules MM, WM, SD, PP, PM.
  • Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, leadership, communication skills, and customer-oriented behavior.
  • Experience in data preparation and analysis.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities
