Project Manager (Industrial/Land Development)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 4+ years’ experience in Land Development projects
- 4+ years in Industrial projects
- Willingness to travel as required
- Valid Driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and construction of our Land development and incoming industrial building
- Maintain transparent communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration
- Manage project close-out procedures, including startup, commissioning, and warranty.
- Ensure timely completion of all submittals and project correspondence.
