About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager for our Beaumont Facility, specializing in industrial cleaning services. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and executing project work plans across various services, including vacuum services, hydroblasting, chemical cleaning, waste transportation and management, vapor control and recovery, tank cleaning, and emergency spill response. This role requires a proactive approach to managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively while adhering to company policies and procedures. The Project Manager will identify the necessary resources for each project and assign individual responsibilities to team members. A critical aspect of this role is to enforce project standards and ensure compliance with safety and quality assurance procedures. The Project Manager will also be responsible for minimizing company exposure and risk throughout the project lifecycle. It is essential that all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately to maintain transparency and accountability. Given the nature of the work, travel will be required, with geographical territories varying in size depending on the customer base. Overnight travel may be necessary based on business needs, making flexibility and adaptability key traits for success in this position.
