Alkami Technology is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in implementation, particularly within the financial technology (FinTech) sector. This role is pivotal in managing customer implementations of large enterprise-scale cloud software solutions. The Project Manager will be responsible for establishing project schedules, coordinating internal cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring that customers are well-prepared for production launches. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for planning and a keen attention to detail, as well as a strong sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion in a collaborative environment. In this position, the Project Manager will report to the Manager of Implementation Services within Alkami's Delivery division. The role requires excellent communication skills, as the Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for all client inquiries related to the projects being managed. The successful candidate will need to quantify and manage all aspects of the project, balancing both client and internal team objectives while adhering to established timelines and contract scope. The ability to track and manage project milestones, communicate status updates, and maintain comprehensive project documentation is essential. The Project Manager will also be responsible for hosting recurring customer conference calls to drive project execution and may need to travel onsite to assigned customer facilities when necessary. This position is remote-first, allowing for flexibility in work location, but candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
