The Project Manager III provides senior-level oversight of field and/or task-level project performance across technical, contractual, administrative, and financial domains. This role may manage multiple projects simultaneously and is responsible for supervising personnel, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating vendor integration. The position exercises independent judgment and advanced analytical skill to resolve complex technical and managerial challenges while ensuring successful project delivery. Requirements

  • Approximately seven (7) years of experience in project management or related field.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing project personnel.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating vendor integration and reviewing vendor deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage quality standards and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Experience interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of all aspects of project performance, including technical execution, contractual compliance, administrative coordination, and financial management.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, as required.
  • Supervise project personnel and assign responsibilities to subordinates.
  • Oversee completion of all assigned tasks within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity with contractual obligations.
  • Interface with stakeholders across impacted areas, including end users, computer services, and client services.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
  • Manage integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.
  • Recommend corrective actions to address project risks and performance issues.
  • Direct analysis and resolution of non-routine technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
  • Prepare and present project performance reports to leadership and customers.
